The businesses operating Ted Baker’s physical retail locations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain are at risk of entering administration, with the process depending on each country’s systems.

This includes two stores and seven concessions in the Netherlands, two stores in Belgium, one store and 15 concessions in Spain.

This affects around 149 employees, who have been informed.

Restructuring firm Teneo was appointed as administrator on 19 March to No Ordinary Designer Label in the UK and Ireland, which trades under the Ted Baker brand and is owned by Authentic Brands Group. Ted Baker will close 15 of its 46 UK stores in the coming weeks, affecting 245 jobs.

Authentic Brands Group terminated its relationship with Dutch business AARC on 29 January, which owned and operated Ted Baker’s retail stores and ecommerce platform in the UK and Europe.
